I requested a motorcycle trailer but received a (utility?) Trailer without the front wheel brace. The pickup location was a priority and my reservation turned out adequate for my needs, but it still would have been nice to have exactly what I needed for my project. Also, managing my reservation was inconvenient without the app, and even in the app, you can't manage your reservation without making an account. I would like a guest option.
Steven BThe front desk person was very helpful, and clear.
Jeffrey GI rented a 26' truck here on May 29, 2026. The truck was in bad shape. For a trip of less than 20 miles I spent more than $150 on gas, and got no refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. First of all, the gas tank was practically empty when I picked up the truck. The guy at the reception said it was at 1/4 tank, which is ridiculous, to be honest. I barely made it to the closest gas station. The reason I didn't notice is that the receptionist told me the sensor wasn't working properly and the screen constantly showed an error, so I should just ignore it. The whole time the truck indicated I needed to check the seal cap and that the gas tank was empty, even after I filled it with more than 25 gallons of gas. I had no time to return it or find another truck that day. And I had no opportunity to talk to the staff at the rental location, because I dropped the keys off at night.
Ildar KMy truck, and the one rented before me, only had 1/4 tank of gas. I think it’s pretty crappy to do that to a customer. Where can one drive on a 1/4 tank? To have to go to the gas station before being able to do anything is BS. You need to do better
