Anthony BI requested a motorcycle trailer but received a (utility?) Trailer without the front wheel brace. The pickup location was a priority and my reservation turned out adequate for my needs, but it still would have been nice to have exactly what I needed for my project. Also, managing my reservation was inconvenient without the app, and even in the app, you can't manage your reservation without making an account. I would like a guest option.
