The drop-off was quick and personnel were very courteous.
RANDALL BThis truck was old. Had me very nervous on the freeway. I asked for a newer model at time of reservation several days before pickup. I've used haul many times over the years so knew what to ask for. Everything worked out thank goodness but engine light came on on trip back. 65 mi. Used approx. I am a senior. Just did not appreciate not having a newer model.

CRYSTAL AThis is a FANTASTIC "FANTASTIC" place to get rental. They are ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING and they do not make feel bad for asking questions. Aka I ask a lot of questions. And they answer everyone with a smile. It would be GREAT if U-haul give you points or something for your next rental like other places do. Cause I rent A LOT of vans for my business and Bens Autos & Rentals is the BEST place to get it. 🙂🐸🙂

RICHARD KWhen I was making my reservation I specifically wanted a 9"van and the website stated it was available at the location. When I completed the check in I was given a 10" truck instead. I am capable of driving the truck but I would have preferred the van. If I had known the location did in fact not have the van I would have chosen a different location. Other than that, the service was great. Also, the employee should remind those renting they need to refill the truck or be charged. I completely forgot that was needed but it would have been a good prior to taking the truck and completing my task.

RICHARD KThe entire ramp and interior of the box was covered in slick oil. A completely dangerous condition to pick up a moving box panel truck in. It seaped into anything that came in contact with. The matience and safety of your inventory was negligent at best. I will never come back i have the right mind to ask for a refund after your gross negligence and unsafe and unfit unit and the danger you subjected me and my brother to. The entire ramp was covered in oil, the entire interior was covered in slick colorless oil could not even walk on without slipping. Im so mad at your company.

HARRY GI've been by 3 times over the past 3 months to rent a hand truck dolly. I'll probably be by 3 more times over the next 3 months for the same. I had a 30 lbs. end table to move. Didn't want to stress my back. Worked like a charm. I would recommend U Haul for anyone needing moving equipment and supplies. 5 ⭐ stars

JOSE VI rented a u-haul here for the first time ever in my life and I can honestly say they saved my day for me!!! I rented a u-haul and ended needing another one along with the one I already had. And it’s not just us, we can see everyone who walks through the door gets the same treatment. We only use Ben’s!!! 5 Stars.

Charlolean SThe 15' truck I used had a check engine light on and the steering alignment needed maintenance (truck drove straight with steering wheel turned to the right slightly). Excellent staff and very fast service. I love this location!
RYAN DI never completed my move due to tire pressure monitor warning that came up during my second part of a three trip move. My wife didn't want to continue using the truck with a warning.
