Location was nice the store owner was nice only issue I had was the padlocks I had to jiggle it a type of way to open it I had called support and the owner called who I assume is his uhaul technician and we got it figured out when I arrived I actually caught them both in the parking lot and the tech walked the store owner through the process of checking out a vehicle and they did the process for me which was a plus since I didnt have to hassle and check it in my self
