KATHY PI had a blowout on the auto hauler. I realize it’s difficult to determine when something like that may occur. It took a while for the situation to get processed, and felt like I had to rely on spotty communication to know how the situation was being handled. After hour customer service, didn’t seem to have the understanding / concern of the situation. They may have, but I’m didn’t get that vibe. Just a little bit of hey, we understand this isn’t. Good situation, we are going to take care of you, would go. Loooong way.
BLAKE RU-Haul being a national company has communication with all their rental yards. I honestly didn't know which yard I needed to go to until the day before my scheduled appointment. The staff connected their Auto-Transport to the truck and I drove my SUV up the ramps. We tensioned the straps. I hit the road.

THOMAS NWhile the vehicle was clean and functioned well, unbeknownst to me was about 3/8” hole on the roof, located in the extreme front left corner. Some contents got wet as a result during the two day trip. Also, the cab leaks on the driver’s side under certain severe rain conditions. It runs down the shoulder strap onto my left shoulder.
Ranie SMy only complaint with this U-Haul experience is that the U-Haul website has inaccurate information. I needed a cargo trailer with at least 12 feet of floor space from front to rear. U-Haul states that the 6x12 cargo trailer has 12'3" of floor space, but it does not. It only has 11'6" of floor space with the door closed. This cause me problems because I rented the trailer to move panels that are 12 feet long and they would not properly fit into the trailer. U-Haul needs to more accurately describe their equipment.

Joyce HParking area for trailer location is too small. Trailers need a lift on tongue so people with handicap can remove them easily

He did not try to to sale anything that we might not need. I will highly recommend this location to all of my friends!!! 😀 pleasantly surprised!

steven sThe truck was good but I had a young man put auto transport on and did not secure car correctly, car has scrathes on left fender and the cover under car broke loose and drug ground. I was told the car was not on transport correctly and could have came loose!
