The employees were great and helped me out! I used the U-Haul app for the whole process. The app made things a lot easier but when it came to uploading the before pictures of the truck, it became very frustrating because the photos wouldn’t upload and you weren’t able to skip this part. I was finally able to get it to work after several times. The only improvement I would recommend is fixing the app to where it’s a smoother process throughout.
