Paul was excellent to work with! Provided helpful info and very patient as we tried to get the rental app to work for the first time when we picked up the van. App worked perfectly when we dropped it off. Great experience overall and would highly recommend. *One note - dashboard light said van was due for oil change!
Gloria GPickup and drop off were both quick and easy. Vehicle was in new condition with updated technology which was a huge plus.
SCOTT ATook about 45 minutes for me to get my car, the system at the location is outdated or its the fault of Uhaul because it took 3 tries and 3 different IDs to finally create a new reservation and get the truck.

JOSEPH NMake the process smoother - it took too long to complete the paperwork and get going. Also I have no problem showing a photo ID such as my driver's license to the individual that's checking me out, but I do not appreciate having to provide/ send you folks a photo of it, in the outside event that someone gets ahold of it that shouldn't have it as it it has all my personal information on there including my driver's license number, address and picture ! That part I definitely don't appreciate !
