Location is great. I find the U-Haul app to be very glitchy and slow. This time the app would not accept photos and kept making me retake the photos. After several attempts, I gave up and called and was told to just take pictures on my phone and save them. Great solution. Good phone experience. I wish the app would have prompted that after a couple of attempts and/or told me that I had completed the check out process and could go. That was very frustrating. Rest of rental process was smooth and easy
