My reservation was changed from Uhaul corporate location in North Hollywood to this joke of a pickup location. Checked in with an unprofessional clerk at the checkout station. The equipment reserved was not available at this location. In addition, I was required to self document the condition of the vehicles for release. Then needed to go to original reservation Uhaul corporation pickup location to check out the much needed equipment that was not available at the Best Bin location. Did not appreciate the extra hassle created by the Uhaul online reservation system or the multiple representatives I spoke to on the phone who assured me that the Best Bin location would have everything that we needed. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone based on this experience.

Joseph AWe were told the furniture dolly's that we reserved were not available until we got to the location. Would be good to secure those items if they are being reserved.
Ruth Xlocation was missing equipment i paid for. uhaul said they had it, location said they didnt. i went to another location and they provided it and told me the other place didnt even remove the missing equipment from my order. horrible experience
keagan oBe able to go back and see what the lock box code was. I think I passed it and was not able to see it without asking an agent to chat. Then the lockbox code did not even work. Overall it was a positive experience especially since the chat was the best service I’ve ever had on a chat with minimal lag time and excellent service. I can’t remember her name but she was very quick and helpful
Chase MThe staff were very nice and helpful. The check out/ check in was easy. The 10 ft truck had almost 100k on it and hardly shifted gears. I was glad we were driving under 10 miles locally as the vehicle would have never made it onto the highway.

artsiom nThe parking lot is way too small for the trucks. They stick too far out and are hard to maneuver around. The app sucked completely trying to pick up the vehicle. No where did it say that I needed not 1 but 2 emergency contacts. Which was hard to find because everyone works at 2pm and can not pick up the phone to confirm. This may be the last time I rent a uhaul based off this experience. This was a very unnecessary frustrating process.
GILBERT DThere are no uncongested U-Haul stores of neighborhood sites in the Burbank/North Hollywood area, but this location has some street parking for trucks that made pickup easy. In spite of being a logistic company, U-Haul could not handle the logistics of including an appliance dolly with my truck order, so in general, at least for the LA area, I would not trust U-Haul to include rental items along with the truck.
