The Uhaul website did not make it clear that this was a van pickup only location, with only furniture pads for moving accessories. I wound up having to drive to a full service Uhaul location several miles away anyway to buy additional moving items.

Azdren C⭐ 1-Star Review Very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The truck I was given was not safe or properly drivable. The brakes were not working properly, and the vehicle was also very dirty and not in acceptable condition. Because of the safety issues, I had no choice but to return the truck to the U-Haul store. When I returned it, I was told that I would not be charged and that someone would contact me regarding the situation. This was a serious safety concern. Rental vehicles should be inspected, maintained, and safe to drive before being given to customers. I expected much better from U-Haul and would not recommend renting a truck from this location unless the vehicle is thoroughly inspected first.
