Employee did not know how to receive an in town tow usage hitch. Manager John also took too long to close my outstanding account and was only did so after contacting Uhaul customer service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI forgot to get the woman’s name that helped me, but she was great! I believe e she was the owner. Highly recommend this location.
Kelli RClean the van a little bit better. Also, the parking lot has a lot of trash.
Deborah YAlexa was very helpful and nice.
Julio CBarely professional. The place is a pickle ball court on the inside. The kid behind the counter kept talking to me about pickle ball, didn’t review anything with me and then I got hit with an insane fee for not returning the car with more gas in the tank (that was less than half full to begin with). I did a U-Haul rental at a different location a few weeks ago- super professional and no crazy gas fee. So needless to say I’ll never go back to this location.
