Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to formally dispute the “Wrong Drop-Off” charge applied to my recent rental under Contract #24706347. At the time of booking, I specifically requested and confirmed a one-way rental from Los Angeles, CA to Las Vegas, NV. The vehicle was returned in Las Vegas as intended under this agreement. Given that this was arranged and agreed upon as a one-way rental, I do not understand the basis for the additional “Wrong Drop-Off” fee. The return location was not a deviation, but rather the expected and planned destination. I respectfully request: Immediate review of my rental agreement and reservation details Removal of the “Wrong Drop-Off” charge An updated and corrected billing statement I have always complied with the terms of the rental and returned the equipment in good condition. This charge appears to be an error and should be corrected promptly. Please confirm receipt of this dispute and advise on the resolution timeline. David EThe truck smelled terrible and was such a loud and uncomfortable drive. However the lady who helped us was lovely and very kind and this location was not bad.
Nika KThe representative and the customer service at location was a great experience. My suggestion is about truck no back up signal and would be great to have back up camera if you don't have someone with you sometimes its impossible to see if another vehicle coming from other side.
