Inaccurate odometer and fuel readings on pickup. I was unable to check out on my own because the odometer reading was so far off. I got charged extra for not being able to just drop it off, miles were added to the final odometer reading, and I was charged for fuel. I've had to call three times and nothing has happened.

Look at the notes. This should have been reimbursement. The truck was dirty, driver side view mirror does not work , different truck than assigned. Has gauge was wrong. I dropped it with more gas. And I have videos / photos to prove it.
CARINA AThe U-Haul rep was great but you’re located in a deep discount clothing bin store. When I was there, a guy was shoplifting and walking out with merchandise.

Jeff FNot safe. Parking lot does not fit the trucks they have. I ordered a dolly through my reservation the day before and they had it , yet there was a walk in ahead of me in line and they gave it to them. So I did not get the equipment I ordered which really hindered my move. Overall not a good place to rent or go to. I would recommend other locations.
