Not a great location. Someone was stealing while I was there. The staff was great, just a poor location.

I rented at Best Bin. However, i did not return the rental at Bet Bin. I returned at an established U-Haul rental facility which was far superior to an indoor pickle ball court with bargain bins..
CLAY BWe are a regular customer with Uhaul and my assistant has repeatedly informed me that every time she picks up the truck, its always dirty with trash. Today, I was charged $25 cleaning fee! I immediately called the Best Bin location and reported this to an employee. He didnt want to listen to me or help me. I have been a customer for 4 years and we always return it clean and refuel MORE than what was rented out to us. It is obvious that this employee just wants to rip me off and charge me for items that he shouldn't be charging me. I want a refund of $25 cleaning fee as well as $55.90 for the gas. I have a photo of how the gas and mileage. Thank you.
Virginia SWhen I picked up the truck, there was barely any fuel and the employee told me to fill it up and tell the guy when I dropped it off. When I dropped off the Uhaul, I was charged a fuel fee of $24.99.
