Arrived at location for scheduled 10am pickup. No one at location. Called number on door and women said she would be there at 10:30. Came back at 10:30 to find 3 other customers waiting until 11am when she arrived. After waiting for other customers to be served, she said she couldn't rent the trailer because a truck needed to be moved. I offered to move the truck, she then called for another man to help her move the truck 20 feet so I could rent the trailer. Don't have an online rental program if there is nobody there to service the customer when they arrive.

The gas was only half full so we had to stop and put gas in. Doesn't look like we were given a credit for returning the truck with more gas. The lock was extremely difficult to open - took half an hour to get open and no one to call.

Nothing. The agent was very helpful and provided me with a truck even though I accidentally went to the wrong location to get the rental.

It only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. It should always have at least a 1/2 tank. Especially when there were line at the gas stations because of the hurricane.

They tried lying on how clean the truck was when brought back... they lied about the fuel gauge readings... the where rude on the phone .. they were not in the office at 12:45 noon time and they never pick up the phone... this location needs a lot of work with hiring good respectful staff

Called at noon to inquire about drop off. Web site said open until 3:30 pm. Woman that answered confirmed the time open. When I arrived at 1:25 pm , office was locked. No answer on phone, confusing as to where I should drop off trailer. I specifically returned the trailer early so someone would help me (a woman) remove the trailer from my suv. There was another Customer there also returning a trailer and looking for help

Fix their voice mail! They called me four times while I was traveling and when I called them back no one ever answered and their voice mail was inoperable! Also did not route me to the drop off location that I requested.

They were nice on the phone. This is not abut the Bonita Springs location, it's in general. The guys that hook up the trailers NEED to be schooled in weight differential!! I have had 3 minivans over the years with a tow bar, and many trips from NJ to or from Ga, or to Fl. If the guy doesn't know how to hook my van right, the lights on my dashboard light up like a Christmas tree. Too much drag, because they don't know how to level it out.

I was very disappointed with this location. When I called to make the reservation, I had asked for a 7am pick up and asked if I was able to pick up the truck at any time with the box key online thing...which I've never used before. The attendant on the phone said yes, that I was able to pick it up at any time prior to my appt time. That was not the case. When I received the confirmation email it had the wrong time. It had time of 10am instead of 7am. I came by the office around 6am and was unable to pick up the truck. it said I was too early via the online app. I tried again at 8 o'clock and nothing. I had to wait until 10am to pick up the truck...putting me 4 hrs behind on schedule. I kept calling the office and no one was there...no attendant on the weekends. I tried calling the area manager and there was no answer either. Overall, I was not happy with the situation.

This was my first time using the electronic check in/out process. The system walks you through each step and was very easy to follow. I look to do business with them again in the future when we move into our new home.

Huge truck almost impossible to get out of tiny closed in spot, busted up vehicles/boats, and garbage in and around parking lot. I also paid for an appliance dolly...got utility dolly...Very difficult to find spot to leave truck upon return. Never again will I rent from this location.

We spent over an hour attempting to get the truck, only to have the online checkout system say “error”. We were unable to get the truck, and customer service was absolutely terrible. I will never rent a U-Haul again. Don’t rent a U-Haul.

The experience to get a truck was horrible. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a truck because they kept sending me to a location that said the truck was not there. I only had to use this location, which was almost an hour north of where I originally booked my reservation. Truck smelled really strong like cigarette smoke so I had to keep the windows down. I bought one of those hanging air trees to help. I think one of the backup lights were out as well.

I dropped off the U-Haul around 2:00 pm. No one was there. The Office was closed. Not sure I was even in the right place. I just unhooked the trailer and drove away. Never even heard anything back from them.

Fantastic experience at this location. They were VERY attentive to my needs, and did everything to ensure I had a perfect rental. Truck was very clean; I think almost new! Everything was perfect.

location was unattended and I had to wrestle off the trailer from the hitch by myself. Location needs a good overall cleanup. Remote assistance was helpful though.
