Absolute worst U-haul experience I’ve ever had at 4457 Kernel Circle Fort Myers.. No one was there for my in person pick up, no truck. Waited over an hour to get sent all the way to Bonita. Then the app wouldn’t work. Bad bad bad.
Ryan BThis is the second time I have left a trailer at this location. No one there and the place looking inside the front door would lend someone to think it was abandoned. The first time a few years ago I left a trailer there and was charged an additional fee for "after hours drop off." When no one is ever there how can you be charged for after hours. I'm sure they stop by at least once a day. I much prefer the UHaul locations that do UHaul and nothing else. The best in this area of SW Florida from my multiple rentals is the one on 41 Highway next to Page Field in south Ft. Myers.

Imilcy JTruck was jammed in and extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot. Took 15 minutes of back and forth maneuvering.
