Reserving online was a snap. Getting the actual truck from this site left me frustrated and upset. The directions sent to my phone were all but impossible to read outside the place, in the sunlight. Took almost an hour to get thru the small print and follow the directions. I would never ever again pick up from an unmanned site.
Patricia M24/7 check in was not easy because of GPS issues. Had to call customer service, who did a great job guiding me through, but was problematic in renting the box truck
Scott SThe gas thing can be used against us my gas gauge was on 3/4 when I got it and left it at 3/4. Company said it was 7/8 when I picked it up. The needle was on 3/4 when I got. Was charged extra $26.12 6 gallons what a scam!
