U haul needs to insure that if you book a rental The location where you book is open. The original booking was closed I was fortunate that this location had a rental available. My problem was that I had movers waiting for me for 90 minutes while I had to change locations to get a truck

I specifically rented at time and date location would be open even paying extra day for that privilege. I did this because the phone app is full of glitches. When i got there the location was clised and i was dispatched in the phone app and as a result did not get moving dollies or pads. This made it an unpleasant move experience. Damn tired of service not happening because of remote workers. Next time it is Ryder or Penske.
