It's out in the middle of nowhere. They need wifi or a better location. When I arrived at the location I wasn't able to take a picture or update the pickup data. It took me over an hour to sign out of the rental. A complete waste of time.Rosheeda C.

We waited a bit too long to reserve our truck as this lots trucks had all been assigned. Joe at this location found us a rental just a few miles away. Kudos for sure.RObert G.

The vehicle I rented was dirty in the cargo area. I had to sweep it out to remove the dirt, screws, and nails. The truck has a death shake at 45mph+ which should get fixed before someone gets hurt.Justin P.
Mike Jr from Amsterdam location really came through. The original Uhaul I rented from in Cobleskill New York didn't have my truck when I arrived. They tried to send me 45 miles away to get one in Albany. But I was referred to Mike Jr in Amsterdam by my cousin. He made it all happen. Thank youSusan B.

This is my 3rd time moving and every time I use uhaul I regret it! But this experience by far was the absolute worst! They do not have actual people working in office there is a note on the door saying hey call this number if you need help the woman running the office if 15 min away at home instead of being at the actual store you have to wait for her to get to work to do her job! On top of that the actual service was horrible!!! I went through uhaul site to reserve a truck and 2 movers it took 2 hours to get to my truck because again the people who they hire to come to work go back on and leave notes on the door instead of being at the actual place she should be and this is every time I go to this same location even calling other locations for help no one is answering I finally got a hold of someone and he even laughed and said yeah she always does that still not funny or okay! But again I made my entire reservation online through uhaul for 2 movers that never showed after already being put through poor customer service by uhaul I waited 24 hours for the movers even calling the phone number that was provided as well as the email address I even called back uhaul to see when the movers would show and by uhaul I was told they have no say over that the movers are through a out side contracted moving company yet I went through uhaul site to book those movers! At this point I am pissed for 5 days I called uhaul and jb movers trying to figure out how I am going to get what I paid for!! So that I can drop off their truck I was given a poor excuse for empathy from the man that answered the phone and again got nothing resolved until I later called the jb movers and was told by jb movers they never got any request from uhaul to assist with my move therefore they never showed now I am being charged for a mistake that uhaul made I will not pay you a dime! I will contact my lawyers have a nice day!Tierra B.
