Lucinda TI wasn’t informed that it was closed on weekends when I asked for in-person assistance to pickup. The inside of the back of the truck was dirty. I was charged $26 to return it to a location closer to my storage unit, when your website should have offered that as a choice.

Andres FNothing specific to the site, but the number of miles allowed made it impossible to drive between locations without going over the allocated miles which they then charge $1 per mile over. We made zero extra stops or route deviations and were 22 miles over. While the car was clean, I’m never a fan of getting a vehicle not full of gas. Just another item where you effectively pay more than what you expected unless you sat there and tried to figure out exactly how much gas you would use. Lastly, as a consumer, I really don’t appreciate the multiple attempts to upsell, between the insurance, storage or help, it’s obnoxious and feels like a constant nickel and dime. In the future, I will try to find an alternative before I go with uhaul again.

Drysten CPlace was hard to navigate with no clear place to park. Multiple uhaul were parked in illegal spots and it was unclear where to park my truck. Supposedly, there was wording for where to park, but not in the actual location. A picture, or sign in front of the building for UHAUL parking would be nice, and not parking other vehicles in handicap and non parking spaces would also be more professional.

ANGELA RPicking up the truck via an app is a terrible idea. First, no one mentioned it to me. I called the location to finalize details and got a recording that they were closed for 4 days. Not knowing I was supposed to use an app caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I called the 1800 Uhaul # and was told I had a 62 minute wait to talk to someone. In short - this was a terrible experience and I will use Ryder from now on. They still use people.
