Drysten CralliePlace was hard to navigate with no clear place to park. Multiple uhaul were parked in illegal spots and it was unclear where to park my truck. Supposedly, there was wording for where to park, but not in the actual location. A picture, or sign in front of the building for UHAUL parking would be nice, and not parking other vehicles in handicap and non parking spaces would also be more professional.

ANGELA ROBINPicking up the truck via an app is a terrible idea. First, no one mentioned it to me. I called the location to finalize details and got a recording that they were closed for 4 days. Not knowing I was supposed to use an app caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I called the 1800 Uhaul # and was told I had a 62 minute wait to talk to someone. In short - this was a terrible experience and I will use Ryder from now on. They still use people.
