There was a language barrier as the staff were Indian and didn't speak good English. They didn't let me know how to properly check-in the trailer other than just park it and unhook it. I called the MidWest Ace Hardware and they suggested using the U-Haul app which I did. The U-Haul app was great and very user friendly.

There were not attendants. I was left to back the large trailer in at precarious location with no notice ahead of time that I’d have to detach the large trailer by myself. Thankfully random men stopped to help me - it took two of them to lift it off the ball.
