I just had a concern about the truck's transmission, it kept getting stuck in gear and wouldn't shift at different speeds. It drove well aside from that. I noticed it and just wanted to make someone aware it may need to be looked at. We had a great experience with U-Haul!Brandon A.

I really would like to recommend, but this location's hours were a little restrictive; we could not contact them despite the information provided; and, (Funny â€¦) there's no way we could comply with their return requirements â€” and leave our dollies and moving blankets within the 8â€x2â€ after hours drop slot. ;) And, unfortunately, they do not accept trailers, so we had to drive to Kingsport, here. It is, though, a clean and convenient location.Aaron A.

The pickup location and process was great. The back of the truck was very dirty and had definitely not been swept out. There were leaves and lots of dirt in the back. The gas tank was left close to empty.rachel J.

So....... The dealers were great and wonderful and extremely patient. Especially when it comes to your website. It's funny that you might leave that off your servy. I bet people give a lot of unwarranted negative reviews to the dealers bc of that garbage website. Time was of the essence today since I was borrowing my 9 month pregnant sisters husband to help move our mom. For obvious reasons I did not want to keep h im m any longer then I had too. So for that reason I prepaid for uhaul to save what I was assuming was only going to be about an extra 10 minutes. When I got to the dealer to pick it up your website charged me 1 extra penny. This 1 extra penny cost me almost an hour and half today. Your customer service could not even figure it out. And that's when we had to cancel the order re-enter the order only to have the website go completely bonkers again. Starting the process for 100th time of cashing out. I know it was not user error. This was totally on corporate end. So your website is getting 1 star. And probably sub reddit rant. Fix your website. It is not fair for the dealers to take this because you SUCK!!Audrey S.

Maureen was super nice and very helpful. Uhaul did not send her my reservation info for my storage unit, even though I paid $7 for them to hold it. So Maureen got me set up with a whole new unit to make sure I was taken care of. I'll never use uhaul again, but I will use Bestway again.Emily A.
Staff at rental center was excellent and extremely friendly/helpful. Only minor thing would be I signed up for express checkout so I could pick truck up hour before they opened, but they were not set up for this service. I would have still rented from them, but would have been nice to know so I didn't have to wait an hour until they opened. But that's more on the website than the local folks. Thanks.Richard P.

Have enough trucks so that if another customer is running late returning their truck, the next customer is unable to receive the size truck they needed. Make sure customer is given all of the equipment that they paid for. Have skilled and/or more workers to meet the demands of a busy Saturday morning.Kimberly H.

Again staff super professional, polite, and above expectations! But distaste's with overall scheduling tracking and changing of pick up location not helpful at all! Will not ever recommend U-HaulBill B.
Fuel gauge reading was wrong, but they didn't want to correct it on the contract instead hand wrote a note on the contract. The Odometer was SIGNIFICANTLY off (270k is different than 28k - and it wasn't a decimal error). Moving pads were loosed and unfolded, yet Uhaul insists they are returned folded. I ordered 2 dozen, was given 22... good thing I counted on my own and grabbed 2 more.William G.

I would highly recommend Bestway. If you want to improve service for the next customer, get rid of dealers like Cupboard (Phillip Glover). In my 24 years in business I have never been treated so badly by someone I was trying to give money too for a service. He is a disgrace to U Haul and his business.Dan R.

this operator pointed out that the miles given was not correct and that 2 days allowed for the move was not enough without rushing the move. They called the originator to see if he would correct the contract and he refused.Billy W.

The truck was junk. Wind up people to help called four times never returned our calls . Finally canceled the truck tried to find other help then they called us and we had to reschedule everything This was NOT a good experience. The people at the rental place did all they coild but UHaul wasnt very helpful! We did not rent a dolly-had our own. Not sure Id use UHaul and its loaders again.Karen B.

The lady at the front desk was amicable, but not professional by any means. It took 30 seconds to be acknowledged after entering, because she was on Facebook on her phone. When she did acknowledge my presence, she only did so to show me a video on Facebook. She cursed like a sailor and spent 15 minutes telling her life story. She gave me 2 out of 4 pages of my contract, and only went over specific points on the contract, saying, "I don't really need to go over all this s*** with you, you can read it if you want to." She was a nice lady - just very unprofessional.Jeffery H.

The personnel at the Church Hill location could not of been nicer. After U-Haul totally messed up my pick-up location and sent me 20 minutes out of my way to get the truck, the Church Hill location employees attempted to compensate for my loss of time and extra mileage. The staff was great, the vehicle was in bad shape. Check engine light was on, R side high beam out, ABS light came on once in a while and the Steering was locking up once in a while; of course you cannot return it because it's the only one at the store and you really cannot afford to postpone your plans/move.LEILA N.
Overall, no improvement in personnel or facilities... Only comment I have is that when I made my last stop for fuel in TN to get home, I mis-estimated the fuel consumption and had to turn in my rental with a full tank vice 1/2 tank. That's $45.00 that I am not being refunded and I believe that you need to rethink that policy.wiliam H.
