As usual absolutely excellent service every time I need to rent a truck. Not once has a truck had a check engine light been messy or gave me a reason to be concerned when using it. On the other hand a few times I've had to use other U-Haul locations not far from this one when a truck wasn't available and I received trucks that had check engine lights on and were absolutely messy on the inside.

It wiuld have been nice to tell the customer your closing hours. I returned the truck before 5:00 pm annd the office was closed. It surprised me.

Two things. 1. Crystal at the U-Haul Traffic number was extremely helpful locating the trailer I needed and 2. John at the Better Design Experience was extremely helpful as well. A great experience!

The process was very quick and simple. Previous customer didn’t bring truck back in time so we were upgraded to a larger vehicle at no cost and the guy working the front desk was a cool dude.

The truck was barely working and could barely pull the auto trailer. Made our move to Oregon very poor and long. It would only go 35mph. The trailer was okay and did it's job holding our car but the the uhaul truck itself had brakes that locked up when going down hill. Very damgerous.

I know there are already a lot of pictures, but with the angle of the steering wheel and gauges, you can’t get both a clear shot of the odometer and an accurate readout of the fuel guage. Also the slider function on the fuel guage on the app needs to go 1/32 or 1/64 if you are charging by the gallon, and there should be a clear indication of the volume of the fuel tank on the dashboard and in the app

The great level of service i get here at this Uhaul from Jonathan couldn't be better. Uhaul hands down has the best rates for multi-day truck rentals and having the type of customer service i can count on always being top notch makes it a no-brainer to continue coming here for me.

The pickup was good and I like the location, however The stress of not knowing whether or not you will have a truck (due to stealing a truck) I know there is not the fault of the location. The only problem was that the truck was not very clean and I'm pretty certain that it wasn't checked for maintenance or tires. Because I had a flat and I was told that the tire wasn't very good to begin with.
