Your contact phone number does not connect I had to go to having and agent call me It took 30 minutes to find a location that had a car dolly, but guess what, a call placed to the U-Haul store verified they did not have a car dolly
Anthony RActually, when I placed my order online I was never informed that the ten foot trucks don’t have a ramp. I also, ordered ten blankets which were not available. John, the owner(?) said he’d been requesting blankets for a long time and corporate never sent any. I ended up having to reserve a twenty foot truck, just for the ramp! There needs to be more organization from online to store! I would recommend this U-Haul ONLY because John tried to be accommodating. I would not recommend trying to book a U-Haul online. It was a disaster!
KAREN LThe customer service is number one. The young man behind the front desk was very helpful. He came out to help my husband he adding things that we needed to pull the trailer. After getting to the spot to pick up what we needed to put in the trailer, we pulled over on the side of the on ramp to the freeway to make sure the straps were tightened, so happened.a U haul truck pulled up seeing my husband out trying to attend to what we had in the trailer, pulling the straps, tight, the man came out his truck and helped my husband tighten down the straps, the correct way come to find out he was the owner of the u haul place that we got the trailer from what a coincidence he wasn't at the UHaul store when we picked the trailer up he was a very nice, young man. I recommend that you patronize his U haul store if you ever need of a U haul which is in Orangeville on main street. Thanks again to the owner for his help and his assistant that works in the store.
Chris WJust came across just location for the first time, and I was surprised by the quality of rentals, ease of getting in and going, and the friendly and very helpful staff person.
