Did not order furniture, dolly or pads. The pads were still enclosed with when returning was not used! There is glitches on the U-Haul website. It took me three times to be able to order what I needed on my phone. After ordering what I wanted, U-Haul put in equipment that I did not order because it was not available at the location I was looking to order it up. If I’m not reimbursed for the equipment and issues, then I will never use U-Haul or recommend U-Haul to anyone, ever again!
Debra HTruck was clean (enough), but the tail lights (turn signals and brake lights) weren't working properly.
