The customer service is number one. The young man behind the front desk was very helpful. He came out to help my husband he adding things that we needed to pull the trailer. After getting to the spot to pick up what we needed to put in the trailer, we pulled over on the side of the on ramp to the freeway to make sure the straps were tightened, so happened.a U haul truck pulled up seeing my husband out trying to attend to what we had in the trailer, pulling the straps, tight, the man came out his truck and helped my husband tighten down the straps, the correct way come to find out he was the owner of the u haul place that we got the trailer from what a coincidence he wasn't at the UHaul store when we picked the trailer up he was a very nice, young man. I recommend that you patronize his U haul store if you ever need of a U haul which is in Orangeville on main street. Thanks again to the owner for his help and his assistant that works in the store.

Just came across just location for the first time, and I was surprised by the quality of rentals, ease of getting in and going, and the friendly and very helpful staff person.

Vladimir KWow, what a great experience working with John and renting from this location. I chose this location for two reasons: it is close to my home and the great reviews on the website. John is the owner and what a delightful, responsible young man. There were no problems making a reservation on-line, and the truck was clean and in good working order. I plan to use this location again in the future when I have to move a refrigerator rather than the long-haul drive we used it for to Walnut Creek and back last night. And, like other customers, I wasn't aware his business is just off of Greenback Lane and I live only a few miles away.
