VALERIE WI was happy with the pickup location and drop off location but very unhappy with the corporate office. I had reserved to pick up the trailer locally on Saturday morning after my truck was done being serviced. Late Friday I was notified that I would not be able to pick up my trailer locally but that I would have to drive about an hour and 15 minutes out of my way, that's 2 1/2 hours round trip, in order to get a trailer. I did not have the time in my schedule at that point to make the extra drive, not to mention the extra gas it would have taken, to go get it. I was on a very strict timeline. I had to move my pickup location to another place along my route and it added significantly to the cost. Not only that, but I returned the equipment 2 days early and wasn't compensated for only having it 2 instead of 4 days. Considering everything else and the fact of how many times I've rented from U haul before I'm really displeased.
Scott SLocation was great but for some reason I kept getting calls from someone at another location in another city asking us to move this reservation over. The first time the caller stated that the truck we rented was unavailable due to service issues but when I called the main UHAUL number I was told the truck was available. The person in a Folsom location called me again to switch and then had no reason for the change when I asked why. This was very frustrating and caused us unnecessary stress as we were thinking we had to find another size because we were set on this Orangevale location. We were very happy with our experience and will rent at this location again.

Joseph CThis location was on the other side of town from me but they had what I needed. 3 other locations way closer to never have what I need. After using this location, I will only go back here. Everything was in clean good working order and the employee was awesome.
BRIAN CI needed a last minute auto transport and Riley was extremely helpful! Not only did I get a trailer but the website was having issues and he was able to find a work around to get me going. I was almost running late but Riley let me know of the options I have to return the trailer. Absolutely the best customer service!! Thank you Riley all of your help and for making this such a positive experience for me.
Larry HTruck was a bit dirty and had candy wrappers and furniture foot pads in it when I rented it. The larger problem was the after hours return using the U-Haul app. The app was not working well. My current reservation was not showing and I was unable to add it by searching the contract number. I tried using the browser but it kept pushing me to the app. I eventually deleted the U-Haul app from my phone and was able to complete the return using uhaul.com\share.

Scott TWhen I first booked this at a location in Folsom we got a call that it was no longer available the day before our move. We finally got one in orangevale. I got a call today that the trailer was returned damaged on the 23rd… we returned it the 20th. After many phone calls and back and forth they got the contract mixed up and it wasn’t us who damaged the trailer. Teri ke customer service

SYDNIE AWe made our return after hours and it went smoothly. I’d recommend updating the description of where to park the vehicles. The description noted a gated in and dirt lot, which we could not identify. Otherwise, this location was conveniently located, well marked and seemed professionally run - a welcome difference from our pick up location. We would rent from this facility again.

If they don't have what you are looking for they help you find another dealer. Good tie down points. I even bought a trailer hitch lock as well. I give them a 10 *
