There was no hand truck or moving pads in the truck. Although I didn't request them when completing my online booking of the truck, every single time I have rented a uhaul they were always provided in the truck k if ever needed. I found the U-HAUL in great shape. It took a minute or two to get used to the size, it is a bit bigger than a regular truck, but once I got it on the road I didn't have a problem at all. I rented it for three hours and had it back in less than two. I very much recommend this place to others.ALDEN C.
After checking in online, correct keys for truck were not located in lockbox. App for online check in/out would not save odometer pictures correctly and required a call to tech-support to troubleshoot. While the truck was fine, the check-in/out process was quite a hassle and below average compared to my experience at other truck rental companies such as Penske.William F.

When I picked up the truck at a remote location it did not have the 2 dollies I ordered and paid for and the gas tank read approx 3/8. I returned it with 3/8 but was charged $15 to get it to 1/2. I've asked for adjustments on the bill but have had no reply.Thomas C.

The u-haul was not there when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes before getting the u-haul. Additionally the men working in the store were not wearing masks. I am not sure of the procedures but I was extremely uncomfortable picking up a u-haul while none of the employees were wearing a mask. Also I don't know the procedure for picking up the truck but do they get sanitized in between costumers? We saw the person before drop off the truck and then we were given the keys. I sanitized the vehicle myself before using it.Christian A.
Reserved a truck over a month ago, find out less than 24 hours before my reservation that I had to drive over 40 minutes to pick up the truck. Absolutely disgraceful and the lack of planning on uhaul's part ending up being my problem. I have used uhaul multiple times in the past but I will never rent from you again. I did not sign up for the haul insurance when I booked online. When I went in person to pick up the truck the person claimed my card didn't go through, asked for my card again which I provider(the exact same card) and when they reran it they added the extra insurance charge. When I asked where the extra charge came from they said â€œit's different sometimes and you get it back when you drop off the truckâ€. No receipt. I called him 4 times and he never fixed it.Nicholas D.

I used the on-line process and pick-up/drop-off during after hours. This location, Better Home Hearth & Patio on Lincoln Hwy, Fairless Hills, PA, was VERY accommodating. However, the on-line process took a very long time and at the end, uploading kept clocking. I finally just left after getting the key and called U-HAUL customer service but I was on hold for 30+ min and then just hung up. I spoke to the Mgr at the location and he was great. It's U-HAUL corporate that needs to clean up their process!Frank B.

We had the worst experience we have ever had. The after hours pick up online did not work and spent 3 hours on the phone and online trying to get a truck that we were supposed to get at 8 am. If you look at our account you will see that we talked with several people on the phone (after waiting about 15 -20 minutes each time) And did live chat online with 3 different people. When I did the check in- like 5 times it made me enter the driver information each time and then keep t telling me the pick up at another location - which actually was where I wanted to pick up truck but was changed to another location. I kept logging in and it would not give me an option to pick up. The pick up button finally worked at 1pm - it became available. I was signed in and my name came up when I entered the contract number but when I would try to re-login it woukd tell me there was no account under my phone number or my email. I only had help for a few hours and we were trying to beat the rain that's why we wanted a 8 am pick up. I cannot begin to tell you the frustration that we experienced. Then we returned the truck which we only logged 24 miles on and were charged $28 fir gas because they said we used a quarter tank of gas. I can't possibly see how 24 miles is a quarter tank of gas. And why do you say first 30 miles is included because if you have to pay for gas then really it's not. We have used your services in the past and never had problems but honestly I don't know we will be using your devices again any time soon. I spoke to a customer service manager that did give a discount but it should have been free for all the aggravation we had. I'm sure no one reads these but in case you do you have a very unsatisfied customer.Teddi M.
