The truck was in clean condition, and the employees were all great and helpful. However, the truck itself was so unbelievably loud on the highway (drone, tire noise, rattles, etc.) that I became physically sick after about 85 miles of driving and threw up. I have never in my life driven a vehicle that made me sick from just the noise. On the return ride I used earplugs that this solved the issue for me. I have never in my life gotten sick from how loud a vehicle was. I understand that U-haul trucks aren't generally the best quality vehicles in the world, but I've driven others before and didn't have this issue, so maybe this truck in particular was falling apart... I don't know. I would frankly rather buy a $40,000 truck to use next time before I ever drive one of U-Haul's trucks again. It was like the designers specifically built the thing to have zero sound deadening material, or they literally pumped tire noise into the cabin. On top of this the truck accelerated like an asthmatic ten year old that's half way through a 100-meter dash. The trucks really should be diesel, I shouldn't have to worry about if I'll have time to merge onto the highway because it accelerates so slowly. I recommend thoroughly having the vehicle checked over before committing to a long-term haul. Even if it doesn't make you physically sick, I'm sure exposure to that level of noise for a long period of time is a bad idea.

At drop off, I took a picture of the fuel level with mileage in the picture. The picture was straight out from the fuel gauge, not at an angle, so the true fuel level was recorded. Not to my surprise, when I received my receipt by email I was charge over $10 for fuel. I returned to the drop off location and show the picture of the fuel level and also the email that had a lower level of fuel indicated at time of drop off justifying the fuel charge. I spent over 30 minutes getting it resolved. The lady inspected the photo as if I was the one trying to cheat her and made the statement, "at this angle it looks like you are correct." There was no angle. It was straight on. I asked her if it was actually low on fuel, and I was charged for the fuel, do they actually fill it to the level that was marked at pick up or do they just leave it as is and pocket the money. She indicated that they do not put the fuel in. This is a racket and should be illegal. You charge a customer for fuel used and never return that fuel to the truck. It is free money for no service rendered. I am contiplating contacting an attorney to find out if this is a legal practice and filing a class action lawsuit.

This women saw us pull up and and came right out to inspect the truck did her paperwork quickly and was friendly and explained as she checked things off. I was more impressed with her customer service than I was with the place I picked to the truck

They were having issues with the computer/uhaul application and trying to get the new system to work. However, they were very apologetic and pleasant. I was internally more frustrated that I did Easy Checkin online, but apparently everything had to be redone at the store.



Was worried when I read reviews about this place but it was great. She even cut her lunch break short because of the time I told her I would arrive to turn the truck in. She was very friendly

Keep all paper work. Lady told me the mileage was free within a 50 mile radius. Get everything in writing. When I called to question the charge on my card, I was told the lady would never say that since she had been in training for a year! The AC didnt work in the truck. Very rude!! Horrible experience.

Not have them have to drive 4 hours out of their way to pick up a uhaul they ordered in advance. I reserved the uhaul in Cheyenne Wyoming and had to drive to Fort Morgan to pick it up. That was after they said I had to drive to Nebraska to get it. It was unacceptable. Added stress that didn't need to happen.

It would be nicer, and safer, if the truck ramps were WWWIIIDDDEEERRR... BUT... this is a U-haul issue. As for the the local depot... I could not ask for any better... the SUPERB, SUPERB, SUPERB, did I say... "SUPERB!!!!" customer service will bring me back time and again. THANK YOU!!!!

Worst customer service experience ever!!! I wish ZERO stars was an option!! Had to go to this place to return a uhaul and received the WORST service ever! The staff there was rude disrespectful and acted as if doing business with them was an inconvience. The lady didn't even know how to do a return for a uhaul or work the computer. After figuring it out I was owed my deposit back the lady said they don't keep cash on hand so she'd have to mail me out my deposit refund. It's been a month and still no deposit refunded. Ive called several times and have been told its in the mail, they forgot, they didnt have an address (which they did because I had to put it on ALL my return paperwork) so on and so on. Today I called again to tell them it's been yet another week and still no check for my deposit and the guy that answered said in exact words It wasn't his problem and to call the main uhaul number when I asked him why I've been given the run around and told specifically by uhaul that Always Picking in Fort Morgan CO were the ones to have to refund the uhaul return He said again not my problem call someone else have a nice day and HUNG UP ON ME!!! These people should NOT be in business they have no understanding of basic customer service skills and lack the knowledge to run a respectable business with trained staff. Save yourself the hassle if at all possible and Do business elsewhere it's not worth being treated awful because the staff isn't educated on customer service and the products and services they offer.

Can't think of anything that would improve on our rental. It was as easy as getting online and reserving the truck. Nobody was on site when we picked up the vehicle or when we dropped it off. But it was as simple as clicking a few pics doing a pre trip and post trip. I've rented u hauls in the past but this one was the easiest

CR Had no idea as to what the cost was to drop off in Dacono, CO. Called Customer Service and that was a sh**show! Head up A** just to turn the truck In At another location. Over an hour and a half to just figure it out. What happened to just "ok, no problem!" Horrible experience!
