Nothing! I am absolutely thrilled by the level of service, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond the staff at not one but BOTH pick up and drop off locations had. Bismarck ND and Winter Park FL staff were both equally amazing and so kind for my big cross country move. I cannot thank them enough! These will forever be my go to locations. Thank you !!!

This is apparently a new location, owner told me he had been open only two months. One thing that needs to be improved is the U -Haul website. It does not list this location as the drop-off point. It is a new address and doesn't appear on GPS at this point.
