I was overcharged, returned on 5th day. Charged for 6. When they were entering the credit, they charged me instead. Now owing me 2 days credit. There rep Don issued 1 day credit. I am still due 1 days credit! Cant reach you on phone hold for 15 min each time. Please contact me 845 224 5768 or email klovestaz@gmail.com that gou issued the credit!

Fast & efficient, I would recommend BeWise to a friend. Staff was very busy but took the time to answer all my questions. Van had low mileage and was well maintained. The only suggested improvement is to vacuum the van interior thoroughly before renting (there was some mud on passenger floor, and a small amount of packing beads/pellets on the floor of cargo area). These were very minor issues! I would definitely rent again from BeWise.

It took me an hour to find the key to the truck then the ramp was broken and would not open when I got to my house to move my heavy appliances. I then proceeded to call customer service to return the truck after hours and they gave me the wrong drop off place. In total of two days I called about 4-5 times. I have used U-Haul before and everything was fine but this time was horrible. I will be renting from another company from now on.

Tire pressure sensor was not working so it gives faulty warning on pressure. So I have to stop in highways to check tires. It was scary in case tire flat.

The check tire pressure guage light was on all day while I used the truck. I had asked when I picked it up and they told me it would be no problem, which was true. Otherwise everything was great, I got some important moves done, and they were very helpful.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the moving truck was overwhelming. I wish there was a no smoking policy in place. The horrible smell in the cab was almost unbearable. Every other aspects of this transaction was wonderful. Hopefully Uhaul will look to implement a no smoking policy. That would benefit all parties.

The location I got the U-Haul from was great. Bee wise car wash was so accommodating when U-Haul itself messed up. I don’t want this comment to effect them- I appreciate how they helped us when U-Haul could not. However dealing with U-Haul the company- HORRENDOUS. I am still trying to contact the local regional manager who I can’t to call me back. I can say I will NEVER use U-Haul again - and friends/family who say they are using U-Haul I will steer them another direction.

By mistake we left a cell phone in the van and turned the keys in before we realized. It was after hours so no one was available to help. I reached out to customer service who sent an email to the owner asking him to call me. The owner went out of his way to help me get my phone back even though he was on vacation. Your help was truely appreciated and I have made a point of telling all my family and friends how helpful you were...thank you.

Find a reputable person that's honest!! I contacted BE Wise everyday with the status on returning this truck which included my conversation on Friday Morning - witnessed by two people who heard me tell the person on the other end I needed the truck thru SATURDAY only to receive a phone call 8:15 AM Saturday morning that I MUST RETURN THE TRUCK BY 9:30 a.m. . They also charged me $60 for the CDW which as shown in all my other rentals I have always rejects. Please refund back my $60.00 on this and I would like a district manager to contact me @845-214-8490 please. ASAP.

The person who helped me( I didn't get her name) was absolutely wonderful. She took my information, explained everything to me about how to return the vehicle, answered any questions I had and did it all with a beautiful smile that matched her attitude. I will definitely recommend this location to other people and if I need to rent a uhaul again, I will happily come back.

Missing master cylinder cap. Told my employee it would be ok. Trailer splashed brake fluid all over my rv, and my daughters jeep on trailer. I went to local uhaul dealer in crossville, Tenn. Owner immediately took trailer out of service and apologized for pick up location. Thank you Mr. Cecil

I'm very mad at uhaul because they change my Reservations because I had to go out of my way to get the truck and Trailer and it so not in where I picked to pick it up had to run around for about 2 .50 hours to 3 to get everything a day early because if I pick it up on the day I pick I had things plan to do at 3:00 PM was my pick up time next day I would have been done with what I had to do very unhappy with uhaul not the dealers

I had to travel over 20 miles to pick up my UHAUL when there were many other ones nearby. This cost me time and additional gas milage for both my vehicle and the person who drove me. None of this information is made available when one orders a UHAUL. When I was informed the day before pickup, it was too late to shop elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with but they should have cleaned and inspected truck. It had no A/c, the cab and cargo area were not cleaned, and the side view mirror was loose.

Our reservation was in WINGDALE, NY... NOT THIS LOCATION. In WINGDALE, the truck wasn't there... Still out with previous renter who refused to return it. No one seemed to care. The desk clerk suggested we go to Lagrangeville. He got DON on the phone, the REGIONAL SALES REP, who promised us $50 credit for our inconvenience. IT WAS A BIG INCONVENIENCE. We were told we would get a check. That should have been a red flag. Of course, fast forward about 3 weeks, and we never got the promised $50 check from UHAUL. BIG SURPRISE. DON, the regional sales rep, says he mailed it. We are so sick of wasting our time with this company. If there's no check, and there's no proof, I consider it a LIE. MAKE IT RIGHT. We work for a living... who has time for this?????

We made the reservation in Poughkeepsie they had the wrong # down but she had it right the night before sent us over to Beewise they were great I would not recommend the one on route nine in Poughkeepsie they did nothing for us a gentleman was on the phone telling someone that someone was a scumbag over and over again they were very unprofessional but Beewise was great

I received the van with heavy mud footprints everywhere - and I took pictures to cover myself before leaving the place- .I had to put cardboard on the floor of the van so it won't dirt my stuffs. When I returned the van, only the windshield was dirty with bugs ( mud footprints still there of course) and they charged $25 for cleaning. I do not have time to go back and complain cause I am in Montreal but I was disappointed by the situation. Other then that, the van worked well, the whole process is pretty easy and I will recommend U Haul anytime. I should have showed the mud to the lady before leaving- so in part, it's my fault

There was an overpowering odor of hay or straw in the van. Since I was moving furniture, I was concerned that the smell would be on my new couch and chairs. Overall the truck looked very clean and was a low mileage newer van. I was able to use a fabric refresher on my items, so in the end no harm.

We were originally picking up truck elsewhere; despite 5 day reservation in CT - no truck was available at the reservation location. LaGrangeville was not our orig. choice. Managed an 11AM pickup at 2PM. The online website could use some tweeking (ie edit current reservation). Once the LaGrangeville pickup occurred, all was good.

I had to chase down the receipt for my final payment....they said it would be emailed when I handed in the keys, but it never was. I had to stop in 2 days later to get a printout. I would have appreciated a proper check in upon returning the van....it was during normal business hours.
