Bewise was great. The problem is the uhaul.com/share when you return the truck after business hours. I spent about 40 minutes trying to get the application to acknowledge that I was at the right location and it never could. I could't get past that point in the application. So I finally just left the key in the box and left. I was even on the Bewise WI-FI. I expect not to get charged the $20 fee for inspection by the rental place because the application was useless.

This location was fine, but the general Uhaul reservation system was not very efficient, I had to navigate through some inaccurate reservation information.

It would be helpful for the attendant to show which truck we were supposed to take. We also didn’t get a trolly in the truck (that we ordered and paid for) and it wasn’t mentioned when we picked up the truck.

The app is horrible and frustrating. It does not identify your location, even with location services on. If it was not for great people at pick up location, I would start using a different company than Uhaul. FIX THE QUIRKS IN YOUR APP OR LOSE CUSTOMERS!"

The location and truck were great. The app did not work upon check in and check out. If it wasn't for the good people working at BeWise, I would of cancelled my reservation. You push your customers to use the app but the app does not work. I will be needing a truck, several more times, but will look elsewhere, unless Uhaul makes this right.

checkout system needs some improvement. Even though I was asked to scan my drivers license electronically prior to my getting to the dealer, the clerk still needed to re scan my license on the premises, and had a great deal of difficulty in getting your system to accept it. Not sure where the problem is, but was time-consuming. Trailer had one ratchet strap that was difficult to use and one ramp was hard to pull out and re-insert.

Considering this place is a Car Wash would it kill them to clean the truck cab. I hadn't noticed it at the time I picked the truck up because it was dark, but passenger side was full of mud with a coffee cup thrown on the floor and the truck reeked of stale cigarette smoke.. I should of charged them clean up their garbage and wipe down the cab....

Dealer was great (Poughquag, NY). Responsive, responded to my questions, returned my call when I left a message. Other local dealer actually nearer to me )Wassaic, NY) did not return calls, or answer phone in day time (normal working hours) so rented from this one. Dealer explained how the trailer worked and helped me install on my truck. Only minor problem was when I tried to use the wratchet straps, they were rusty and hard to use, but I eventaully used them successfully. Just took me extra time. Overall experience excellent.

This is the second time that I have rented from this site and it is the second time they have charged my charge card for a two day rental when it was used for one day in the time allowed.

The pick up location was too far out of the way. However, the employees were great at that location. The initial service I received after making my reservation in advance (months ago) was extremely unprofessional, unorganized and not good customer service at all. The number of people needed to speak to in order to get my reservation corrected and "customer friendly" (ie location) was horrible!!!! For that reason, I will definitely choose another company as well as share my very "unfavorable" experience with others. I've used U-Haul before and had a great experience unlike this time. Which has made my decision not to use this company again. Also the drop-off location and employee was great!!! The employee was extremely professional, compassionate and a very good representative for the company. Perhaps you'll try and find more employees like him. It's unfortunate that my initial communications with reference to my reservation because of the impolite and unprofessional customer service I received has left a very bad impression of the company altogether. I would also suggest that your website be more "user-friendly" with respect to "preferred pick-up location". You're tricked into believing that your pick up location choice is where you'll be picking up the truck. FALSE IMFORMATION WHICH MAKES THE COMPANY LOOK BAD RIGHT FROM THE START.

The app based service did not work as advertised, so I had to go in and see an agent. That's the only thing that kept it from excellent. Otherwise everything else was excellent. The agent in the store was excellent.

Uhaul changed my reservation to a location which would add 25 miles and two hours to my reservation. When I asked customer service chat why I was given lots of very wrong reasons. Uhaul customer service is a complete failure. However, Bewise came through from me. They were able to change my reservation back to what I expected without any problems. My rating for Bewise is 5 out of 5, The rating for Uhaul customer service is a zero out of 5.

whaT I DONT LIKE IS THE FACT THAT I HAD TO USE SOME APP TO UPLOAD PICTURES OF MY LIC IN ORDER TO RENT THE VECHILE ..THE LOCATION WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS UNTIL I HAD TO RENT THE VECHILE ..THIS WAS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO DO AT THE LAT MINUTE .. IT TOOK ALMOST A ONE HOUR TO LOAD THE STUPID APP BECAUSE LIE MILLIONS OF IOTHER PEOPLE WE DONT USE THE APP STORE ON OUR PHONE THAT OFTEN TO PURCHASE THINGS ..SO HAVING TO LOGIN INTOT HE APP STORE TO DOENLOAD THE U-HUAL APP WAS PAIN IN THE ASS ..BECAUSE I COULD'NT GET INTO THE APP.

I was overcharged, returned on 5th day. Charged for 6. When they were entering the credit, they charged me instead. Now owing me 2 days credit. There rep Don issued 1 day credit.
