Had to wait for 2 hrs to get the code for the lock i hade to call uhaul and wait on hold for over 1.5 hrs. The person who booked the truck for me was supposed to give me the code for the lock. Besides the women in the store didn't know anything and couldn't help at all.Buchra K.

The book online system is extremely slow and glitches so an operator is called and the ordeal takes forever and quite intrusive. This is the second time I have picked up a truck with less then 1/4 tank which is silly when returning the truck because guessing what amount 1/4 costs instead of returning it full like in the old days. The good thing about U-Haul is the affordable so as much complaining as I could do, no one else can beat your prices . Thank youVance C.

It was easy to get it. The only thing I had an issue was with the late night drop off. I couldn't get into the session to click it. And by the time I did, I had already locked the truck and put the keys in their designated spot. A reminder saying "don't do that until you have finished the late night return" would of been nice. But the gentleman who helped me get it at the start was fantastic.Roxanne H.

1. Give the customer proper notice of when and where to pick up their U-haul. If this isn't possible, let them know of the posibilites for delay or location change and any other new proticols you have. 2. Add an equiptment maintenance protocal to your routine. We arrived with the Uhaul at my place only to discover the lock wouldn't open! Very frustrating, time we didn't have to spare and the extra expense of milage to troubleshoot this problem.Travis M.

I picked my van up from a small convenience store. The guy at the counter was quick, helpful, and friendly. The van was perfect for my needs. Everything went as well as I could have hoped.Rebecca S.
