While the truck itself was exactly what I needed and worked perfectly, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. When I initially went to reserve the truck, the employee mistakenly checked the truck out to me instead of simply reserving it. When I returned the truck, the staff on site were unable to check it back in and had to call their mother to come from home to complete the process. I was left waiting for approximately 30 minutes for her to arrive. When she finally arrived, she was immediately rude and confrontational, stating that she was “doing me a favor” by coming in off the clock to check the truck back in. I simply explained that it would be better business practice to have employees properly trained so customers aren’t forced to wait for someone to come from home just to complete a return. Instead of addressing the issue, she continued to respond aggressively and insisted she was only the “middleman” and that U-Haul was not her company, which was completely irrelevant to the situation. The truck itself was great, but the unprofessional and hostile customer service made what should have been a simple return process unnecessarily frustrating.
DANIEL RI couldn’t figure out how to make a reservation online. The staff at this location took their time to walk me through the process and they were able to me an appliance dolly. I appreciate that the time they took to be patient and take care of my needs.
Daniel NIt takes too long for the reps to do everything by cell phone, and not only that but they basically recreate the reservation when I arrived which was weird. Why do we even take all that time to do it when they have to do it anyways. It makes no sense. Also, the price I was quoted did not match the price I paid.

Mark MThey surcharged me $54 for nothing. They made me wait one hour to get someone to assist me on a Sunday morning because they failed to post correct store hours. I paid movers by the hour and I paid them one hour extra because of them.
Fady EGood morning. This location is easy access to the freeway. The online rental agreement and all the setup is easy to do. When you walk in confirming your reservation, they just pull up and make sure that you filled it out correctly and hand you the keys. The equipment at this location that I rented only had 2600 miles on it. Which is amazing! It performed well, it did exactly what we wanted, and I understood the receipt when it was presented at the end. Overall a great experience!

Robyn BI asked the girl when I checked out if there were any upcharges and she said no. After I got home I noticed that they charged me for 4 gals of gas for an extra $25 but I know that there was extra gas in the tank and I should not have been charged.
