I stopped and put gas in right before I brought it back and had 3/8 of a tank. It only had a 1/4 when I picked it up. I was charged for more gas. Not happy.

Beverly FYou guys told me to go to this location for drop off. When I got there, no one was there. I called the owner who had his relative to come help me, but I had to wait 45 minutes in the snow and cold. The owner said he was never notified of my drop off appointment. So I don't know if he screwed up or you did.
DONNA MThe man who greeted me was kind and courteous. He had called before I came to confirm the appointment. I had preregistered as much as possible so getting the truck took only minutes. He made sure I had the truck that had more gas. That was very thoughtful.

It was our first experience with rental and it could have ended very badly if not for the amazing customer service we received from the representative working with us at Al’s. Tina VDrop off of truck was again done using cell phone, no direct contact with any personnel. Process via cell phone was easy. Directions for dropping off the truck were clear and easy to perform.
