DOUGLAS RTruck was damaged and dirty. Truck had no suspension at all, which made for a very bumpy ride. I also couldn't adjust the mirrors manually.
ZACHARY RIt is the worst location that I have booked a truck so far. I booked a truck, 2 furniture dollies, and 1 appliance dolly two weeks before my moving date, and I had the confirmation email, but they gave me just a truck and the reception told me other things are limited and they are first come first serve. When I complained and told him that I had the confirmation email and you have to give me all the stuff, he called 911. The truck was so dirty as well and full of soil and dirt. Not recommended AT ALL.

AMRIT PHorrible experience. Truck was disgusting, broken glass and full of snow inside. Blankets were scattered and dolly was missing. Inside the store the system was down an took too long to get signed in. I also complained to a customer service rep and didn’t get any discounts for my troubles. Never again!

MUHAMMAD SThe truck was left with no washer fluid in the middle of a slushy snowstorm. We had to pull over on the highway and clean off the windshield with a water bottle. Customer service was terrible. There was 1/4 tank of gas when the truck was given to us, but it was marked at a 1/2 tank. When we complained, the big bee employee obviously did not want to change it and had no idea how to use the online system. When we dropped off the truck, they said they needed proof and would charge us an extra $50. I happened to take a picture, and after 15 minutes of arguing, he agreed to drop the extra charge. The employee told me to ‘fuck off’ for arguing. Overall, the employees seemed annoyed to be doing their job. They only wanted to rip us off in some way, and we were very frustrated that our busy moving day was made so much less enjoyable and difficult. I will never recommend this location, and will make the drive to Burlington to avoid dealing with these big bee employees ever again.
Ted DChanged the pickup location on me, didn’t have the items I reserved and found it funny they just gave away the last one right before me. What’s the point of taking a reservation if you don’t hold the reservation????? Charged me $90 extra for a quarter tank of gas. SCAM!!!

Oleg Ppick up time was booked for 8am, we had people waiting to assist with the move, staff at this location did not show up until 9am. we received a phone call to tell us they would be late and we were forced to wait in the parking lot in our car for an hour. we will never use this location again. should have been offered a discount of some type to compensate for the long wait along with my helpers
IAN TThis particular U-Haul depot is ill equipped to deal with U-Haul rentals, it took us an hour and a half to finally leave this location with our rental truck, as they first spent 20 minutes arguing with us about not being able to take debit (we were not informed they didn’t have the correct equipment to do so) then the counter staff told my husband and I that they ONLY take credit card, while I was on the phone with a U-Haul customer service representative who informed me that was not at all true, and had the area sales manager contact the store owner. After all that when we finally got our rental truck, during the pre trip inspection, we found that the battery was dead because they didn’t check the truck after the previous trip. The lights of the truck were left on and it killed the battery. All in all, while I would absolutely recommend U-Haul to friends and family for any moving needs, I absolutely would not recommend this particular U-Haul depot to anyone at all.

TODD LI did not enjoy the online onboarding process. It was confusing and far more steps for me to do. I don't know how many times I had to go for the check out process. And in the end, even though I had every intention of getting the insurance, and thought that I had, I didn't receive the coverage I wanted. And as it turns out, due to all the extra steps I am forced to make with your returning procedure, I locked the keys in the car.... Costing me the fee to replace a lock or some nonsense. I will never not use the in person exchange for your service again, and will think first about using another truck service before ever considering uHaul again. Very disappointed.
Ian FLocation is too far from point of need, would always impact rental rate. That is not fair. I also mistakenly filled the fuel tank far above gauge I met because there was no proper guidance. I called the customer care line, but he refused to guide me, he was not empathetic to my situation. I'm very disappointed.

JAMES DI got charged $20 for having the gas bar barely a difference from the expected refuel amount. Feels like I got robbed, and the total of everything somehow came to $276, for only a 130km trip. What's the point of charging based off KM if you're going to charge a huge amount for Gas? Seems ridiculous I can't recommend this place because there we too many complications during the pick up process as well.
KETSARAT Ssystem went down and vendor wanted us tobpay using his personal mobile phone. System would not allow primary driver to differ from renter so i had to pay for my sister even though she was renting. Blankets and dolly were not booked although they were requested. I had to search for blankets in other uhaul rentals to no avail. Vehicle was parked on an incline when we received it so the fuel read 3/8 and as soon as I was on level ground it was under 1/8 so to bring fuel back up to where contract stated it was at pick up, I put over 25 liters in and only drove 37 kms.

MICHAEL ACustomers should be aware that they need to gas up right away. There was very little fuel and just enough to drive 25 km. Unlike a rental car which is full when rented. This isn’t mentioned but should be, for first timers. The app is ok but could use improvement. My son, who drove, thought he uploaded his driver’s licence but it wasn’t. Took more time at pick up location. Overall, it was good, and now we know for next time. Double check to make sure all your info is inputted when using the app. Check your side mirrors to assure they’ don’t get pushed in inadvertently.

Hazir D24/7 service not as advertised. Got to pick up location , launched my mobile app to get vehicle, got text message from U-Haul saying to contact them.. phoned them, they said location not open til 8 am ( I had 7 am booking). Very unpleasant U-Haul experience. I have phone records to prove it.

PASSACHON KCouldn't get my truck had to wait over 2 hours and talk to customer service for another 30 min so I could get my reservation fulfilled, this location us poor. The uhaul costumer service was helpful and efficient. Will not be coming back to this location in the future.
Diego Hwe are itching scence we got out the van.The van also smelt like dog shit.And the seats had dog fur.We had a terrible experince.I once rented out the same type of van and it was clean and didint smell bad.

Tim SI thought I arranged to rent a truck for 9:30 am-website very confusing. It was for 9:30 PM.. I rent several times a month from Uhaul. This truck was the worst I have ever had. It would never start until you tried to start it twice. When you first started it there was no response. If you shut it off and then started it again it would start. This was not convenient. Not road worthy.

HAMMAD IDidn’t use the dolly. Thought I ordered the dolly with strap to move large items.
KYLE NI am yet to get a refund on the money deducted for gas. I used the truck and put back the gas used. I called a U-Haul agent and I sent pictures of the fuel and mileage gauge to her. I need my refund back as soon as possible. Thank you

DANIEL CThe check-in experience was painful. I took the time to pre-register and do as much as possible online before I got to the establishment. Still took about 15 minutes to get the process complete. Complete waste of my time. There needs to be a better system and smoother system in place.
Paul SWe were charged a fuel charge after putting fuel in the truck before returning it as per contract.. Unfortunately we didn’t take photos of the fuel level before or after. So we can’t prove it.

MANUEL GCharged me for movesafe without my permission while i did not select it when i made reservation. When talked to the guy he said its an automatic thing and said talk to uhaul, when i talked to them they referred me to the store owner.

Sarkon TThere should be a time limit of where pickup and drop off locations can be changed. We got a text saying someone would call us shortly from U-Haul. Never received a call or text so we went to the original scheduled location to find out our pickup location only to find out our pickup location has changed. This was 2 hours prior to our pickup time.
Kaitlynn Sl was charged $80.00 for gas on a truck rental. however l only put 9 miles on the vehicle and l put $5.00 worth of gas in the truck. then they tried to charge me for 29 litres of gas. this is not even possible.
