The operator of the business is one person. When they have customers they cannot go out to check the mileage on a truck newly delivered extending the check out time.
Hazir D24/7 service not as advertised. Got to pick up location , launched my mobile app to get vehicle, got text message from U-Haul saying to contact them.. phoned them, they said location not open til 8 am ( I had 7 am booking). Very unpleasant U-Haul experience. I have phone records to prove it.
DAVID PNo one check the truck before let customer drive . The truck have the problem but they said okay to drive . Can’t change to the new truck .
PASSACHON KCouldn't get my truck had to wait over 2 hours and talk to customer service for another 30 min so I could get my reservation fulfilled, this location us poor. The uhaul costumer service was helpful and efficient. Will not be coming back to this location in the future.
