The paperwork states to call before I dropped off. I did. And still couldn’t get it. Someone coming out of the gate is the only reason I got in. Them I was trapped inside cause there was no one there. No one in the office and could t get anyone to answer the phone. Family that followed me there had to make a small opening in the gate for me to squeeze through. Also, I stopped 1.4 from drop off Location and top off tank and was billed For 2 gallons of gas but never seen anyone in person. I would recommend anywhere else to drop off U Haul.
