Tell the dealer they have a rental. The dealer was not informed I was coming because I had used the app. They were very apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault.

The lady was wonderful very polite and helpful!! She also even worked with me to were I could pick up earlier at original time I wanted 6am! When arriving and bringing back she had everything ready and made it quick and easy! I highly recommend Big E&J's Farm.
