No one is ever there that knows how to check in a truck. They write everything down on a note pad and say the manager will get it when she is there. Been there twice for this. Both times the manager did not work the day of drop off.Patrick G.
Pick up location was fine. The trailer had a very important part that was not usable. It was not evident until unfolded or unratched, where I was picking up a vehicle.Robert G.

Beware: They will add the insurance to your toe every single time even if you opt out. Poor customer service and only one person knows how to do the rental. I did not authorize the additional charge and it has happened twice now.Cameron W.
There is not enough time nor space to rate my experience. Not with Big Horn Market but with the U Haul organization. I would welcome a PHONE CALL from someone from the corporate office to discuss the unbelievable experience I had.Jeannie T.
Gas was at 1/4 tank when we picked it up and the furniture dolly I ordered was not in the truck. We had to go to a separate location to get it.Greg B.

No one working at this location knew anything about the process of renting Uhaul equipment. I had to wait on hold to speak to a representative with the corporate office in order to get my truck. Then they didn't know where dollies or furniture pads were, so I had to drive to another location to get a dolly, but couldn't get furniture pads, even though I had pre-ordered them with my reservation days earlier. Upon returning the truck at the scheduled time, the business was closed and had no key Dropbox. After 45 minutes on hold, I finally spoke to a rep who told me I'd just have to take the key back the next morning, assuring me everything would be fine. Now, I've been charge for two days of rental and for equipment I never received (furniture pads). This was a nightmare. I lost about 3 hours of my day just dealing with Uhaul. Do not reserve Uhaul equipment from Big Horn Market. Uhaul should not allow Big Horn Market to represent them.Jared B.
The people at the store gave me a hard time trying to get my rental. It put me an hr behind in my schedule. That was the only bad experience. I will rent again, just from a different location!Anthony C.

When trying to get the uhaul we still had to go inside. Once inside the lady said she couldn't help us because she didn't know anything about renting uhauls. Once my husband spoke to the manager magically a key was found. Tried to deliver it after hours. Submitted alll the pictures and was told to put the keys in the drop box. Searched for a drop box for at 9pm at night in the dark with 2 small children to find out by the agent via messenger that there isn't a Dropbox and I have to come back tomorrow during my work hours. Better communication would go far for this location.Tyler W.
