Great service and friendly
deedee aVery nice owners, I always come here when I need to rent a trailer.
DYLAN RMake sure the truck is gassed up, clean, has tires with tread suitable or chains for driving in snow, not dusted in cigarette ashes, not backed into a snow bank, and the back gate is not frozen solid shut. Basically, make sure the truck is easily accessible and usable.
CHARLOTTE DEverything went very well. The people we dealt with were courteous, helpful and kind. This is the U-Haul location we will use always in the future.

DEVON HThere is a very rusty and loose bolt holding the main door closure bar. If it breaks the doors will totally swing open. Mentioned it to drop off location personnel but I would be concerned that they would realistically address it Kathleen runs location and is incredibly helpful.
Llew LThe truck was great but filling gas tank is awful. It takes about 20 minutes because you must trickle in gas so slowly that you cannot even set the gas nozzle to run unattended. Just terrible.

Mark SThe location was great. It was the U-Haul online reservation I had a horrible experience. My confirmed reservation was not honored 2 days prior to pick-up. I had to either change AND pay for an upgraded trailer or change my location to a location that closed 5 hours earlier and 20 miles further than my original location. I was 1,000 miles away from home traveling with my grandchildren. I was to return home transporting some of my mother's belongings. Needless to say, I was put into a corner and had to choose between a rock and a hard place. I will NEVER reserve online because I now know it is NOT guaranteed or honored AND can be changed 2-days prior to your reservation. RIDICULOUS, INCONVENIENT, STRESSFUL. These are the words I would use for my experience. I would also recommend that you ask your customers to rate their online reservation experience, not just about the location they picked it up or they dropped it off.

Richard CEquipment was clean but dated. Lots of bumps and bruises and a few loose internal bumpers, but for our needs it was fine. Owners were prompt, friendly, and helpful.
Michael ACustomer service was spot on! I walked in with no call ahead or appointment, she helped me right away anyway. Communication was amazing and I was helped more with set up than I ever have been by any other dealer. They may not be a huge uhaul dealer but they are by far the best!
ERICA I26’ unit was rented out with a check engine light on . Female staff member was aware that the unit was being directly rented out after us, obviously no time to fix these matters The absolute WORST part of this experience, the building g has a very large trash container right where you drop off. The container in NO WAY was marked business use only, private use or any restrictions what so ever. Not only this this woman NOT call for authorization on the credit card, she placed a “cleaning charge” on our bill. Which is a fraudulent description, and was in NO manner approved . This company WILL expect a CHANGE BACK with a report of fraud to UHAUL corporate and the local authorities for a fraudulent charge that is not stipulated anywhere in the contract. This will NOT go away, we are local. I will hall them into small claims and notify my card issuer before close of business if this is not resolved immediately. When I did call, it was like oh, since I have your credit card #. We charged you for dumping trash. Again no legal right to do so under the contract, no authorization, and no notice or posting that this was prohibited.( we took photos to make sure they did not try this underhanded tactic) Any renters- be warned. They have unlawfully used my credit card and committed fraud. Dr. Vincent Grant
Vincent GMy things were soaked when I arrived in Phoenix yesterday. Please seal the trailers and maintain those seals, I don’t want anyone else to experience soggy boxes and wet items. Thank you! The trailer towed excellent.

Ian PI was charged for damage I didn’t cause. I was not provided with any proof of the damage, any explanation for the repair charge, and wasn’t given any channel to dispute it. I was also charged a cleaning fee even though I was never informed I was responsible for cleaning the entire uhaul.
