This process was awful. called to get prices of nearby uhaul locations and prices were random with no obvious regard to distance from my home. Called about 10 days prior to "reserve" open utility trailer at my nearest location. Called the day before to confirm only to be told he didn't have equipment and I would have to drive an additional 37 miles round trip to pick it up. There, the test equipment was faulty showing my lights weren't working properly and they would not rent to me. Drove back to original location that didn't have the equipment and Shane was kind enough to retest his adapter and found no fault. I returned to second location that had the trailer equipment and she was apologetic and compensated me for her faulty device but not for my time, effort, frustration, and all the additional mileage. Also, altho I had the connection for the lights hookup, uhauls have their own wiring system unique to their equipment causing customers to have to purchase their adapter for $16.00.
