This was the ONLY 15ft within 100 miles of my location. I booked in advanced and the DAY OF they tell me they couldn't locate one. It was dirty and the man was rude. I had movers on the way to my home. Had that not been the case I would have waited for something else. HORRIBLE experience!!! Paid over $2500 for one way trip.Danielle P.
I called uHaul 3 times to get support, once was hung up on, the second time the gentleman wasn't very helpful and then hung up, then when returning the vehicle I called because it couldn't get reception to auto return (after 4 failed attempts) i called uHaul, the lady who answered my call was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she transferred my call to the return location. I haven't experienced such lack of professionalism in many years, UHaul truly needs to train their employees on proper customer care. All employees i spoke to did not appear to be happy with their jobs. The Location where dropped off the vehicle did NOT follow CDC guidelines on proper PPE to prevent the spread of covid. Only one employees wore a mask, improperly at that. I wish there uhaul had competitors because I doubt I will use uHaul again or recommend them in any way. Worst experience ever.Gregorio H.

There is no cell phone signal at this site. It took me over 30 min just to pick up, causing delays with my appointment time on the back end. The vehicle was dirty and dusty. The AC is the vehicle didn't work, and it was just a bad experience from the beginning alllllllllll the way to the end. The location worker Yasif (don't know if that's how you spell his name) was awesome. Good soul he really went above and beyond to help my out, so kudos to him. If it werent for him being so helpful, and kind I would have rated everything a negative 10.alexander M.
The back of the van was dirty and sticky looks like it hauled hay or something, it wasn't totally full of fuel but close enough, the van had a traction stability light on , the store wasn't ready and wanted to charge me almost double the reservation amount. The van other than that was good rig, the front rotors need replaced the chatter bad when they get warm .John S.

Definitely need more improvements to the app. Wasted about 20 min. trying to obtain the rental and then ended up walking in the store to find a clerk and added another 20 min. If I would've known, I would've stuck with the original way of obtaining a rental. Other than that, definitely love that you have more locations now!Christopher L.

This is not a uhaul drop off its a liquor store. Three men didn't know how to take the trolley off the truck, took them almost two hours. So unprofessional. Only use actual usual places as drop off locations, no one working knew what to do and there was no room to park the truck or trailer. I drove for 10 hours straight, unpacked for three hours and then spent 2.5 hours watching them try to remove the trailer and have the video to prove it was ridiculous.Eryn R.

Cell service with verizon was really bad and took over an hour to get through the process of checking in, plus area is really scaryChristie K.
When I arrived it was a crowded small parking lot at a liquor/convenience store. I had difficulty finding a place to even pull into. Eventually someone moved a car that was blocking the lot. It took some time for someone to find a small hammer with which to loosen the trailer from the hitch. Then I was told they would not give me a receipt which made me feel uncomfortable.Stephen C.
