DAVID Wok experience, truck was very old, alternator light was on, said to check fuel cap - couldn't figure either out. Bigger issue with APP, took 40 minutes to check in. Only reason this isn't poor is the 1-800 customer service was excellent.

JOHN MAt vehicle turn-in, they incorrectly charged me for fuel. I returned the vehicle with more fuel than at pick-up and told there would be no extra charge. I have submitted a request for a refund to the corporate UHaul customer service team. They agree no extra charge was applicable, but told me 3 days to confirm the refund. It should have been immediate!!
JEFFREY GThe truck was SOOOO loud. 5 days of driving in it was headache inducing. We couldn't hear the radio over the engine noise. It seemed to be slipping gears. It was filthy on the outside. Inside was fine. Windshield was very bug encrusted. The people at Big Tool Box were nice. However, I spoke to someone on the phone at customer service that was so incredibly rude and condescending. I had a hard time hearing her. It was like she was whispering so that she didn't wake up someone else in the room I gave her absolutely no reason to treat me like that.

ANTON EBetter self check-out process. I had to walk across the street to photo my vehicle, then I had to walk back to get the keys. If i stayed in the line. O would have been finished faster by the time I completed those task.

DAVID SThese folks were really good, quick, helpful unloading the trailer and friendly. I was out of there in 10-15 minutes and most of that timing was me walking to their office from my vehicle. I had zero issues with hauling my vehicle about 120 miles. I’ll be using this U-Haul resource again. Thanks
JOSEPH SFor starters no one pulled the rental around nor did anyone walked me out to the rental. The staff pointed across the lot and said “search for the biggest truck and match the keys with the vehicle number”. How am I a customer supposed to know where the vehicle number is? I called back in to Road Side Assistance for help with the rental. Once the rental reach 50mph-55mph it would jerk violently. I was advised by customer service to basically suck it up and keep the rental given it would take hours for road side assistance to come due a diagnostic test and test drive the rental. Needless to say it took additional time which resulted in being late for my movers and having to unload alone. The lack of customer service to make this situation right is alarming
CHARMAINE RLeak in roof caused water damage to 3 boxes of clothing. I could see that there was previous damage to the roof which someone tried to repair with expanding foam. Truck should have never been allowed to be rented. UHaul has gone downhill and I will never rent a UHaul truck again. I guarantee that I won't receive a response to this review because UHaul couldn't care less about my experience. Jim Hussey 970 948 5841

Also, I reserved the uhaul for my move, and paid for the uhaul, and the address was my home address, and yet all communication had greetings to my driver, at my email, and my home address. The communication greetings should have been to me.

SASHA HThe vehicle I rented, 15’ box truck, ran pretty rough while accelerating. Didn’t shift smoothly. Especially the higher gears, which made it burn through gas. I drove 27 miles and topped it off at the gas station (5 gallons). 5 mpg seems pretty low. Prob needs a tune up or the truck wasn’t topped off from previous renter possibly. Other than that, the rental was great and very useful as well as a smooth process in and out. Thank you!

Don SI reserved a truck for 8:30am and when I attempted to start the pickup process through the app, I was notified that a truck had not been assigned to me. After calling U-Haul customer support, I was told I needed to wait for the store to open at 9am so I luckily didn’t have to wait too long, but U-Haul should have prevented me from choosing the contactless mobile option and reserving prior to the store opening on their site/app, especially since it doesn’t seem like this pick up location has a self service system. No issues with the location. Helpful workers and efficient pick up process once I was helped. The truck was in a decent condition overall, just some trash in the main cabin.
DANIEL VStuff was very friendly, but truck was in non driving condition. Problem with brakes and stirring wheel every time looks at left side but drive straight. Was little bit uncomfortable and scary.

JEFFERY RWhen booking my reservation I selected the contactless mobile option. When arriving on site the app checked me in prior to be finding the vehicle and I was unable to see any of the check in information. The key was not in the vehicle and when I called customer service they had me walk around to find the lock box. When I went inside the store I waited a while for someone to help me. The vehicle main cabin was dirty and had trash from the last person in it.

beth lBest experience I have had yet with renting of a moving truck! The price was very fair and when I returned the truck early I was given a credit for unused time... never had that happen before. The folks at Big Tool Box were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use them again for a truck rental.
TIMOTHY VMy reservation was changed to this location the day before my trip started. This location was NOT open at the time of my pick up and the truck was not ready (truck had no lockbox, no key access). I had to creep around the building and find an employee (VERY NICE GUY, THANK YOU!!) who was there before they opened, to help me. There was no lockbox on the truck which makes a self-pickup impossible. I was lucky enough to find someone to help me but it was completely random. I called to make a formal complaint and they told me I had to complete the trip before I could officially complain... The system of switching customers up only hours before reservations begin, and potentially to locations that don't offer what you have rented is horrible business. I will do everything I can to avoid U-Haul moving forward. They have done nothing to make this right, not even an apology. I only ended up being about an hour late, but it was completely U-Haul's fault and me finding an employee was just good luck. Also, they didn't have the dolly I reserved and gave me an appliance dolly instead which was clunky and not helpful for my needs. I would recommend this location to a friend, but beware they could switch you to where ever they want the day before!

Kenneth TI have no problems with the location I used, but I did not appreciate my reservation changing twice on me from my original request. Creating a larger hassle for me and my moving process
