Chris was the customer service person who worked with us. He was excellent, personable and patient. I appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help.
Pamela DIf a U-Haul provider is unable to provide equipment that a customer has already paid for, the customer should be notified in advance and refunded, particularly when the pickup is outside of business hours. It was extremely frustrating to arrive expecting our paid rental, only to find that some of our rented equipment was unavailable, while still being charged and then having to go out of their way to locate the materials elsewhere, potentially at a different price. I understand that things happen and sometimes materials are not available, but the lack of notice and still charging us was incredibly unprofessional. I will not be renting from this location again.

Eugene TOne, maybe two, Interior tie-down boards have come loose (lost attaching nuts) and need reattaching. Other than that, very good rental experience.
