The truck was in poor mechanical condition. Tires were bald, oil light went on, and we had to put 2 quarts of oil in it. I was unable to reach any one from the 1800uhaul number. Where I pick it up they had wonderful customer service.EMILY M.
When I got the UHAUL, this was Chocolate milk or something along those lines spilled alll over the drivers window and all along the door on the outside. Also, the inside was disgusting...spilt food all over the inside on the floor(disgustingly gross/nasty), seats, cup holders were filthy(dirt and particles of food/dirt). I know, the difference between a quick wipe down to try to attempt to clean it and not giving a damn. There was not even any attempt to clean it out. The customer service at the UHAUL place excellent and they went above and beyond.JOSHUA M.
Had original reservation at the 750 S Buckley Rd Aurora CO location but the agent would not rent to me because he was not able to get a successful call to my wife from his phone, even though i could via my cell phone, right in front of him - even showed him my phone with her contact name and number and offered him to press the call button. He refused to find a solution. Will NEVER do business with that location ever again.GARY H.

This survey does not reflect our experience with U-Haul...this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had dealing with U-Haul. If it wasn't for Jeff at Big Tool Box, our move would have been a complete disaster! If is very unnerving to get cancelled for a truck that you have had reserved for weeks, two days before you pick it up. I blame the regional/national scheduling system. We were told that we could have a local move for 3 days because there weren't any one ways to Santa Fe. But at the last minute we were canceled. Though we did ultimately get a truck (not the size we needed) it worked out in the end but not the way we had planned. I will have to think VERY seriously before using U-Haul ever again.ROBERT A.

They didn't have the correct truck that I reserved and really didn't care. They don't maintain their fleet very well. The guy told the Uhaul rep that the truck I reserved they "think" was stolen? Can't believe someone didn't notify someone not only 1 truck but come to find out 2 trucks were missing. ????STACEY D.

Make sure you take a photo of your fuel. Was told by the guy who checked me out that the gas was marked wrong on paper and I seen it was told don't worry about it just bring it back with the same fuel that was in the truck which was a quarter of tank. Check my card and got charged $117 for fuel. And since dumass didn't fix it like he was supposed to I'm out of my money. On top of that I get a lame ass home email sent to me not even a company email telling me it's my fault from whoever Steve is. Smh bad customer service!!!!Rashad G.
My reservation was for 9am. Employee told me the system had me in for 10am. Showed them the email confirmation stating 9am. Was told maybe uhaul "moved" my reservation. I received no notice of that whatsoever. Was told my truck was out and would be returned at 9:30am. Unacceptable for me. Employee found the keys and discovered my truck had in fact been returned already. Still, not ok that I had an email showing one time, and their system had me at a different time. Lost all trust for Uhaul and won't use again.Brandon S.
The billing is wrong, rented for 10 hrs, returned same day got charged for 2 days, , I drove under 40 miles, put in 5 gallons upon return quarter of mile away, and was charged for gas.ERIC S.

The store I picked the truck up at was very helpful. The only thing I would say is my pick-up time was 7:30am but the store didn't open until 8:00am (which U-Haul should look into, this was not any fault of the store). I was there at about 7:45 am but the gentleman opening the store was still very polite and helped me anyway, which I greatly appreciate!Hans G.
Jeff was awesome. He understood my situation and was able to help me get a moving truck yesterday after having some outside issues push my moving plans to the right by a few hours. The entire staff was very friendly and even periodically checked-in with me while waiting for my truck. I appreciate the grand service and flexibility shown yesterday during some of their peak hours. This has nothing to do with the location but with U-Haul in general. I made a reservation several weeks in advance and scheduled the pick up at 8:30 am. The night before i received a text that my reservation was changed to another location for a 2:30 pickup. I then received another text the day of my rental that my reservation was once again changed to another location which added significant miles to my rental as it was many miles from my home. What is is the purpose of making a reservation as it seems to be meaningless.William P.

The process to reserve the truck was easy On line check in was self explanatory. Paperwork was ready to go when I picked up the truck. The truck was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Check in was easy as well. Both staff members Tim and Kyle were courteous, professional and great to work withMAUREEN H.
Advise customers where to park for 24 hour access. My car was locked behind a gate overnight and I could not retrieve it after I dropped off the truck. Ensure the truck is stocked with requested equipment or (u-haul) make it part of the initial verification. I had to hire movers because I did not have a dolly. I also had to use my own bed blankets because moving blankets were not provided.BRAD L.
