I wish I can remember his name, but I'm sure if you check the logs of who was working that day. This guy was awesome made things easy and smooth plus he was very nice

PHILLIP AAt the beginning the experience was great! I was happy. Problems didnt cone until it wss time to return the U-haul. The staff makes it seem like its so easy to return the truck. Scan qr code follow instructions and drop keys it the box. But its not that simple. When trying to return the truck I tried scanning qr code it brought up another person account under my phone number and I could not find my transaction. I called customer service they couldn't help me because I had already dropped keys in box after becoming frustrated because U-haul after hours is terrible. The after hours service needs major help. So people won't have frivolous fees on their credit cards due to staff having to come in and check trucks back in adding unnecessary fees. I returned the truck way before my scheduled time and due to the after hours process it makes the return process terrible.
