Gabriella RThere was an error code on the dash to check the fuel inlet. The 2nd day the truck check engine light came on. I immediately stopped in the next town to get the code real at the local Autozone. The check engine light code was P0442 for an EVAP System Leak Detected. I thought it could be something more serious and that is why I stopped and delayed my move by almost 2 hours in Albuquerque NM. I am a mechanic so I knew it wasn't anything detrimental due to the way the engine was running, but someone else might have stopped and called Uhaul to get it checked and delay their move by more than a couple hours.

Andrew WI had to call the person to get him to come to the drop off point. When he showed up, he accused me of stealing something from him, he never said who he was and he wouldn't check the trailer in. Then he tried to take the trailer away. When I held him up and asked him what he was doing he called the police, 3 cars and 6 officers showed up and ejected me for trespassing. This person must have a serious mental problem. I can't believe U-Haul would subject their customers to this person.

He explained everything and made the experience less stressful. If you want a clean, well maintained vehicle and friendly service, this is the place.
