My only real criterion for my dropoff location is that it be as close as possible to my moving destination, and half a mile is pretty close. The only way to improve is to be even closer which isn't necessary in this case.

This applies to neither location. This is an overall uhaul statement. Tracking down a auto transport should be as hard as it was. We were going to go 30 miles out of our way to get one but couldn't make it work with our schedule and the time the location was closing. We ended up never getting a transport. Now I have to drive 4 hours back to our old house with my wife to pick up and drive 2 cars back 4 hours. Also I am missing a set of keys and neither location can tell me how to track the truck I had. Can someone please tell me how to do this just to ask someone to take a look? Or can someone please speak to whoever has the truck and check?

The online system was not working for scanning DL backside (bar code) the facility representative was patient and helpful in completing the transaction regardless of the online problem.
