The rear inside of the truck needed to be swept bad. The floor of it was full of dirt. The utility dolly that was ordered was not in the truck. Customer service live chat was able to help with the refund. The U-Haul app has some bug or kinks in it. Spent most of my pick time trying to upload the pictures that would never upload. Every time I tried to add photo take the picture and never would load.
