Well it was a terrible experience I only rented it for mobiving my furniture in town from apartment to storage I suppose to have it for a day but I only had for four hours and we used are card to pay and it keep saying declining but I had cash in the bank and he was so rude and arrgent he acted like we were just going to leave and not pay we did leave got cash and we were back in 15 minutes I still got treated like a thief and I am not never again go to this oneAmy L.
Please stop using bias ply tires. They are prone to blowouts and no spares are provided with trailer rentals. This put my entire family at risk while traversing the mountains of Tennessee into North Carolina on HWY 40's most steep incline with a 6x12 trailer.Brent C.

Well, the person that checked me out wasn't the friendliest... didn't ask if I wanted insurance or not...ended up getting overcharged for my final bill...so, not the best first impression... but, it was all corrected on bill and person checking me out was nice and friendly.Kevin S.

Drop-off at this location was absolutely abysmal. Rude, unhelpful employee was on phone and/or eating the whole time & then told us to park trailer â€œover thereâ€ in a spot that was both too narrow & shallow for the trailer we had. When trying to explain why it was physically impossible for us to put trailer there, employee walked away instructing us to â€œcome back when you find someone to put it right hereâ€ (in tiny spot). After another trip inside the store & waiting for employee to return, the trailer was parked in a different area. There was no help at all unhooking trailer, & while we were doing so, employee continued on phone & seemed disgusted to have to wait for us to finish. In our opinion, this location is very inappropriate as a U-Haul location.TIFFANY H.

The night time running lights on trailer did not work at all. It was kind of a scary situation using the trailer at night with no lights in the back on when going down the road. The blinkers and brake lights came on fine but no running lights.DALE M.

The location was very convenient and open 24 hrs which made the process great. My only complaint was when I returned the rental the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. I asked for a receipt and he asked me how he should print it. He said the only option was to email it. So I gave him my email and waited for my email receipt but it never came. He had no explanation and had no way to verify if he entered the information in correctly. It was very frustrating. I waited for it for a while and then finally gave up. He was no help. The next day I got it but wished the return process was better.Emanuel N.
I would not pull into Bill's Quick Mart for any reason. Dropped off the vehicle tow trailer and was treated most unkindly. Could not believe the rudeness encountered. Second day dropped of the U Haul truck-- gas filled at their station, swept completely clean, all in good order, but they still hit me with a $10.50 charge on my credit card. Absolutely no reason for that or explanation or receipt provided.steven L.

I placed a reservation with the Campbell location in Springfield MO on 4/1. I showed up this morning at 8 am. It had been canceled. I drove 3 hours to move my daughter back from school. Canceled. No trailers available at that location or in Springfield. They found one in Rogersville that I rented. Rogersville people were awesome. I'm still pissed about the original reservation being cancelled. So I'm not real happy with UHaul. Happy with RogersvilleBryan B.

Unknowledgeable attendant gave me false information about return times. Told me to return it anytime on last day. UHaul charged me for an extra day because I returned it at 7:30 instead of 6:00, after 5 days and $1200. Very poor customer serviceSamuel B.

Very friendly professional service. My complaint would be how hard it is to get a 26' truck in and out of there. Especially when other customers are parking where you have to enter at. It took a lot of moving forward and backing up and still running over the curb. The tenant mentioned that the back of the truck was "just ok". We should not have to spend our precious time sweeping another's mess and then be expected to sweep up after ourself perfectly.Toni B.
