U-Haul reservations are a joke. I made reservation a week before needed. U-Haul made no attempt to contact me to inform that the trailer in which they issued a "Reservation" number for was in fact not available and was in "scheduling". I found this out on my own the deay before pickup. Had I not done a followup, I've have showed up for nothing. As it was I was able to get a smaller trailer from the pickup location, again with me going all the leg work. This is the second such occurrence, no equipment that was "reserved", and no communication. U-Haul has really gone down the shitter. Change your wording from "reserved" to "maybe".
