Bad location.

Overcharged. Disputed it and no uhaul contacted me. Selected a counter pickup yet that was impossible at this location. Truck was found dirty and left dirty.found with an engine light and shaking steering. Left with same condition. No way to report just send it off to the next victim to be overcharged.
