Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent truck rental experience. I originally booked a 20-foot truck 5 days in advance. However, less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup, I was informed that the 20-foot truck was not available and my reservation was changed to a 15-foot truck at a different location on Gore Street, Thunder Bay. When I arrived at 10:30 AM, the location appeared closed. I waited and called for over an hour with no response. Customer service later informed me the staff were on break and would return after another hour. This caused serious delays as I only had one day to complete my move. After multiple requests, I was finally provided a 20-foot truck at another location. I was clearly promised that I would receive: The 20-foot truck at the same base rate as a 15-foot truck ($29 CAD), and A discounted mileage rate of $0.69/km However, at drop-off I was charged the regular 20-foot truck rate of $39 CAD, which does not reflect what was promised. Additionally, the extreme winter weather in Thunder Bay made the situation even more difficult, and I had to spend hours waiting and traveling between locations despite booking well in advance. This experience was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request that the agreed pricing be honoured and that appropriate compensation be provided for the inconvenience caused. I can provide proof of communication if required. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Tires on truck where bald. And didn't have winter tires on it

picked up truck and snow wasn't cleared off, I had to do it. Interior was not cleaned from last rental. Fuel was below half and I needed to fill up prior to using truck.
